ABOUT RYOKO SUZUKI, MS, CHT, RTT, LMT, CSYT

Ryoko (“Lyo-ko”) is the founder of the celebrated Align Your Spine, Align Your Life program, specializing in spine-centric healing modalities and holistic coaching. Her healing journey started with overcoming her own sport injuries and a stress-related illness. In addition to being a 20+ year meditator and meditation teacher, Ryoko’s unique approach of bridging her extensive background in sports medicine and many different healing modalities makes her sessions and classes very powerful and effective. She has been helping empower clients for over 20 years. Let Ryoko help guide you to connect with your innate wisdom and inner ability to heal.

Slow-Down Yoga & Meditation
with Kelly Anne

 

This is a 5-session ZOOM series!
30 minutes on Dec 6, 11, 13, 18, and 20
at either 8pm EST or 7pm PST

 

Nurture inner wellness under the gentle guidance of our friend Kelly Anne RYT, CMMT, Trauma Informed Yoga Training. Following the lead of one of our favorite DMB songs, Kelly will help us remember how to breathe just to breathe while we seek balance during a busy season.

 

From Kelly Anne:

"Yoga has been a part of my life for the last 25 years. In June of 2020 I started a six person four week intensive yoga teacher training. I was able to truly focus and fully immerse in the experience. It was one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had, and the healing I was able to begin was so very necessary.

Prior to my yoga training, I had been working on mindfulness and meditation for about 3 years. I had built a good foundation, but I wanted more. I had gained so much self-awareness and understanding from the yoga training that I decided to get my certification for meditation this past summer.

We all have busy lives, and time seems so limited when it comes to selfcare.

I hope to offer a little relaxing break and support from all the stressors and anxieties that your life may bring. I structured these classes in order to give you a little bit of everything for your mind and body, but in a very realistic amount of time. My goal is for you to be able to apply what we do together in your day to day life to bring a little peace and calm when you need it."
